This is because many accounts have been shared or resold crazily . We received feedback about someone reselling our account . In order to protect the rights and interests of our own members, we will change the passwords of all accounts from time to time. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, if the login prompt password is incorrect, you need to check the account of the corresponding game again to get a new password. At the same time, we will gradually add accounts for some overcrowded games. If you encounter an overcrowded game, you can give feedback to customer service in Shopee / Telegram, and we will consider adding new accounts. It is recommended that you use the Steam++ Tool to log in. The Steam++ Tool will remember the login status and does not need to verify the new password, so you can directly enter offline mode for the specific account to play. It is optional but we recommend so that it makes everything easy

In addition, regarding the use of membership, I suggest that everyone should adjust their mentality (only for a very small number of users, so far most users are relatively harmonious and at least able to communicate). There is nothing in this world that is flawless, and the price of membership is not expensive. Only less than RM9.9 – RM60 for a membership, don’t get frustrated when you can’t log in to a game which account get disconnected/ have problem, play some other games first, if you haven’t logged in for a long time, ask the customer service if there is any other account login details.
If you are very urgent, you can spend more money, buy one game at a time to compare the price directly from steam store. There is no need to argue with customer service because of the RM9.9 – RM60 meal cost. The membership mainly packs all the prices reasonably which also includes new games and DLC. We have done what we can. Do your best to update us if you have any feedback. People with a bad mentality are not recommended to buy membership.
